Resistor needed for Elise & Exige cars when removing the factory steering wheel airbag.
This will need to be soldered into the two wires that formerly connected to the airbag unit to keep from tripping the dash light which can only be shut off by a Lotus scan tool.
Be sure to always disconnect the battery and discharge the system when working around airbags! Also make sure the resistor is connected properly prior to reconnecting the battery or you will trip the dash light.
