The tank has been tested consistently down to less than 1 litre of fuel due to the sealed swirlpot and quick reaction trap system.
3 baffle, low pass system controls mass fuel movement and also increase tank rigidity.
Fuel level sender is mounted into the main tank section and not in the swirlpot, this allows for accurate fuel level readings at all times.
Optional: A Spitfire HP pump/module which avoids having to sort the sender wiring and gives a easy swap over. 1000bhp rated fuel pump will be the ticket for just about any build! Just swap the top portion of your oem pump assembly with the regulator to the new module and you are ready for install!
Superb construction and welding as you would expect from us, the filler pipes for example are machined not swaged and tanks have been pressure tested for a minimum of a 48-hours
No foam, this allows for full Ethanol compatibility for both the tank and the pump.
This US tank has a PWM controlled brushless pump and will use an external FPR.
Note this pump fits the standard hole so it can be returned to a Toyota unit in the future if required.
The large bore breather pipe can support the charcoal canister or can be routed to atmosphere if preferred later with just a high flow filter to stop insects etc.
The tank filler pipe ends at the top of the tank not the bottom as per the OEM tank so refuelling is quick right up until the tank is full. Displaced gas can vent through the large bore breather pipe.
