The end ports of this fuel rail are tapped for 8AN ORB. A center port for the factory fuel pulse damper is also included.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide.
This high volume fuel rail works on all 2ZZ-GE engines. Both ends of the rail are tapped to 8AN ORB female threads. These ports use positive o-ring seals instead of tapered pipe threads which commonly damage aluminum threads and lead to fuel leaks. The center port accommodates the 2ZZ-GE fuel pulse damper (not included) from the OEM fuel rail. This helps alleviate all high frequency pressure fluctuations.
The fuel rail was designed to clear the intercooler mounting boss (Exige-S/2-Eleven only) as best as possible without sacrificing fuel flow. Some grinding may still be necessary.

This option includes the fuel rail and mounting hardware. The OEM fuel pulse damper bracket and associated screws are included as well. No fittings are included as shown below.

As shown below, this kit includes the fuel rail plumbing components found in 20-0012-00.
20-0012-00 FUEL RAIL KIT, TOYOTA 2ZZ-GE
This kit includes both 20-0012-01 and 20-0012-PK. This permits an full OEM replacement with nothing else required.
